Testimonials

“Nouha is a joy to work with. I’ve known Nouha since 2006. At that time she managed a portfolio of school district community partnerships in over 50 Chicago Public Schools. She’s a hard worker, generous and positively persistent. She’s dedicated to her work and cultivating strong, lasting relationships that can overcome otherwise tough challenges with relative ease and get things done.”

Suzanne Doornbos Kerbow
Program Director for Education
Polk Bros Foundation

“Nouha brings integrity and efficiency to everything she does in the Executive office and knows when and how to partner with teams throughout the organization to get things done, often in high stakes situations. With not much heads up, Nouha was asked to manage the initial stages of a 36,000-square-foot $7 million building renovation including selection of an architecture firm and developer. The building opened with success in 2017 in an underserved area and now more than 1,500 teens each year go there each year for programming. She’s a great thought partner and extremely organized. Among my network, everyone I meet has respect for her work.”

Arnaldo Rivera
Chief Operating Officer, Chicago Public Schools

“Nouha has been such a delight to partner with. I had an opportunity to work alongside her on two seven-figure real estate projects and the launch of a new youth program in the underserved Bronzeville neighborhood in the city’s near south side.  She’s consistently responsive and efficient in her execution. I always knew when I was meeting with Nouha, she would be prepared to get things done and move our progress on goals forward.”

President, Eastlake Management

“If you’re looking for creative ways to solve a problem or find new ideas, Nouha is your go-to-person. I first met Nouha in 2015 while working with her to ensure students in the Woodlawn and South Side Chicago communities had an opportunity to see the movie Selma in theaters. At that time After School Matters was providing free admission to 10,000 Chicago Public School students. Nouha was very responsive in a timely manner and worked with us to offer this opportunity to over 1,000 students from the communities around the University of Chicago campus.”

“I had the pleasure of working with Nouha as a Board member at After School Matters – an organization that reaches over 18,000 Chicago Public Schools teens each year with apprenticeships and after-school programming and administers an $30.4million annual budget. Nouha is a terrific partner. When I first joined the Board, Nouha brought me up to speed quickly and made sure I had what I needed with clarity, when I needed it. It’s a rewarding role that I’m so glad to have accepted. Nouha helped make my transition onto the Board effective while feeling effortless.”
